i would have to guess that the shadowy figure that entered the bathroom wearing the members only jacket was none other than our dearly beloved mr.p.leotardo,since there was'nt any send off for him.the soprano mob hit the wrong guy.life goes on until you die.for tony that is.would'nt you agree?

I TOTALLY AGREE i just reviewed the MEMBERS ONLY EPISODE GUIDE ON THE SOPRANOS INFO i get on my email and in episode 66 it talks about phil ,and i do recall the hit for phil went bad wrong in the episodes toward the end, ,i think phil would be the one to kill TONY,because he wants to make sure that next time the hit comes back to correct a mistake he will not be killed,so he has to kill TONY.

The word is by HBO and David Chase that Tony did die. The guy in the jacket was Phil's nephew. Phil did die there are tire marks on his face!
So who knows who shot him the diner was full of people who would love to kill Tony.
