alright, i started my period nearly two years ago and now they seem to be regular. i've been getting them as normal every month or so and nothing out of the ordinary. but this time, i've had all the signs that my period is coming (cravings, mood swings) and it hasn't come. i was supposed to get it about a week and a half ago and these symptoms have been lasting forever. i havn't had sex yet so i cant be pregnant. any ideas?

It happens from time to time. Maybe your hormones are out of whack or perhaps you've lost of weight. If you go another month without it, I suggest seeing a gynecologist.

You may have changed something in your diet, traveled a lot, not getting enough sleep, or may be under stress. If it really worries you, see your doctor and ask him/her for advice. She may be able to prescribe you something to help you. You may just have a hormonal imbalance.
