Please help, I have IDE drive with FAT32 file system as my external HDD in my media player enclosure. I have mpeg videos stored in this external drive that I want to watch from television. The enclosure connects to TV with AV ports but I get "no disc" error message from television screen.

To see the enclosure please go to "ebay.com" then search "3.5"HDD LCD MP3 MEDIA PLAYER AVI DIVX MP4 FAT32 DVD VCD ". It will be the first item on the list.

The TV is a passive device. "no disc" means that your player is in DVD player mode, but there is no DVD disc inside the drive.

Set your player in HDD-player mode, start playing, and you should see the video playback on the TV.
