Important to point out that Bob Denver and Schwartz said his name, if he'd been given one WOULD have been Willie Gilligan. It was never presented that way in the scripts or recorded that way...just an idea they had. So, the answer to your question is NO, because at no time during the show was his full name announced.

I think that Gilligan was his last name (it is a rather common Irish Last Name)

According to interviews with Bob Denver, the actor who played him, Gilligan was his last name. His first name was Willie.

Creator Sherwood Schwartz said "Gilligan" was the last name. The first name would have been "Willie".
