I was gonna get an ipod nano, but since there are a WHOLE LOT of questions about them, i don't know to get an ipod or a zune.

You should get the iPod. The number one reason is the amount of support there is for the product from number of different vendors (From accessories to cars). But I recommend that you wait for a couple of months because I believe that an update is around the corner, maybe right after the release of the iPhone. I am waiting for the 6th gen to come out before I buy one.

DO NOT get an ipod. they have a 70% chance of failing and everyone i know that has one, it broke in some way. they are in high demand so apple wont take the time or money to fix it. Zunes are only good for sharing songs but you can only listen to the sared songs 3 times. I have an iriver. i think you should check it out. i think i have the H10 it has a lot of more features ipod does not have.
