hi all im building a 12 ft extension what are the wall to wall sizes from the inside as im ordering the kitchen...i orginally was building a 3 metre which was around 10ft and inside measurments were 2.8 thanks to all that answer

if you are building in the UK ..you should have a cavity wall ..and with the latest regs each wall is approx 12 inches wide ..or if you like 300mm ..minus twice ..leaves you with an internal width of 10 feet ..this would include plastering

if your walls are 2x4s with 1/2inch rock then you should have11ft, 81/2in. on the inside. if your using 2x6 and 1/2in rock you should have11ft. 6in.
