And can you go to jail for it?

I mean she is your wife, you should be able to have sex whenever, right?

I think that is rape when your own wife doesn't want sex with you. You should sue her!

Some courts have said "yes" in recent years. Some have said "no". The trend has been in favor of the wife claiming "rape" as of late and will probably be the standard. Most people agree that forced sex is wrong, period.

I'd have to say yes but why would you marry someone who doesnt want to pleasure you? Marriage is about sacrifice so a wife/husband refuses to have sex that is a major problem.

Don't even think about raping her-that is wrong and you will be put UNDER the jail but confront her about this problem or get used to masterbation.

Yes it is considered rape to force sex on your wife.
Yes you could go to jail for it

No, you shouldnt be able to have sex whenever, she is your wife, a partner, a human being.....NOT A POSSESSION!!

It is only NOT a sexual offence if both Adults are CONSENTING.

If your wife says "no" and you force her...it is rape. She is still an individual...being married does not change that. And, yes, you can be prosecuted.

It is not "date" rape, but it is rape/domestic violence, and yes, you could go to jail under the right circumstances. her body is her property, not yours, and marriage does not give you a legal right to force her to have sex with you.

There is no marriage exception in the criminal code for rape.

Wrong, you do not have the right to FORCE anyone to have sex with you. It is illegal and you can and should be prosecuted.

With an attitude like yours, you should never have the opportunity or privilege to marry.
