I'm sure you have a strong opinion on at least one of these issues. Just tell the audience what you think, and very imporantly, the reasons why you think it! Do some research and back up your reasons with evidence and you'll be able to make a killer speech.

It will be easiest if you pick something you feel strongly about no matter what it is., Your grade is not based upon whether the teacher agrees with you or not, but can you persuade someone to think about it or consider it. So pick something that is appropriate that maybe you argue with your parents about or such and use that
