Nobody has put up a number higher than 18. The top several are:
Roy Face, Pit - 18 (1959)
John Hiller, Det - 17 (1974)
Bill Campbell, Min - 17 (1976)
Jim Konstanty, Phi - 16 (1950)
Ron Perranoski, LA - 16 (1963)
Dick Radatz, Bos - 16 (1964)
Tom Johnson, Min - 16 (1977)
No reliever has even hit the 14 mark since Mark Eichorn and Roger McDowell both did it in 1984.

Phil Regan of the Dodgers won about 14 or 16 in relief once, about 30 years ago or so. He was given the nickname of "The Vulture".
