Dang, I hate to have to be the old person who ruins everyone's fun..but here I go anyway lol...
I'd have said beach, except been there, done that...and spent days digging sand out of all the wrong spots...and taking antibiotics because of the sand in all the wrong spots.(Diabetics & people with like health problems, take a page out of my book and be careful, or just do it in bed like normal folk!*L*)
I've never done it in the water, but I've always wanted to--until a couple of months ago when I was watching Sue Johannson(she's a noted doctor & sex expert)and someone asked about that. She said it was NOT good to do it in the water because the sex act causes high pressure(if you can't picture what I'm talking about then you're perhaps a bit too young to be "doing it" in the first place, hmm?)and can actually push water up into the cervix and the fallopian tubes, causing infection. Ouch. She did say the shower was ok, though.
So, with all the data I've presented you with, I'd say my answer would have to be...
At the Civic Center, in the men's room.

I have done it both places and the water is a lot ... a lot of fun....
so I pick at the beach and in the water, watching everyone walk on by, not know what your doing...
yes that's what I pick
also I tie a few ropes off the boat so I can sit chest deep kind of hanging off the side of the boat, and well you know the rest...

If I was on the beach I could stay and relax and then I could go in the water. I say I like both.

Sharks are most likely to attack in the water, with the noteable exception of the land shark, which stalks the beach looking for fresh prey.
