I prefer cold weather... the heat brings out the annoying insects, plus there are limits to what you can do to get cool on a hot summer's day in public. In winter, you can add layers to get warm. In the summer, if you take too much off, you'll be arrested.

It is best for your body to stay around your average body temperature. I like warm weather. I think most people warm up faster than they can cool off, or at least I do.

I like winter better. The summer is sooo uncomfortable. It's not really a matter if I can cool off or heat up faster, for me.

i like the cool weather because you can put on as much as you need to stay warm, but when its hot, you can only take so much off.
