I applied for their broadband and calls deal. I never got the broadband, but got the biggest bill EVER for calls, and monthly fees etc. When I queried it, i got a demand from a debt collection company before I ever got a reply to my query which is dead illegal, but they did it anyway. I sent a cheque, but it didn't arrive. Finally had to pay on-line, which is something I hate doing. Then, after all that, and changing to SKY, I got another demand for the same amount from a different debt agency. I HATE TALK TALK

i am on talktalk and i must say they haven't got a clue about how to resolve broadband or telephone problems the only good thing is you don't pay for the broadband which does loose connection every couple of days just reset the modem and your away again hope this helps

I've been lucky, it seems. Our monthly phone bill is always less than £2 and the broadband seems to work fine. Maybe it's an area thing? I'm in Leicestershire. I used to live further into the city and had NTL and they were dreadful.

I have a 7 mps broadband connection and switched my land line to Vonage, love it and saving over $50 a month in comparison. Plus being able to check phone usage online, number called etc. No experience with talk talk but great experience with Vonage. $2840 a month unlimited everything

over the years i heard a lot of things said about ISP's.
i used Pipex for years, excellent service but had to change due to losing employment, at the time, talktalk were kicking off.
i went for it, they were totally unprepared for the demand, everything took longer than expected and luckily i never had to use customer service in the early weeks.
have to say that once they got sorted i have had no problems, even customer service were good the one and onlty time i 'tried them out'.
i would never use BT or AOL.
no experience of Sky but heard a lot of people trying to sort stuff out....would leave it for a while.
talktalk is cheap all round and the service is as good as a lot of other suppliers, but there are better ones if you want to pay.
i would recommend Pipex to anyone and if i had the cash i would never have left them.

Don't change to Talk Talk I beg you they are absolute c**p! I use BT for both...they're not the cheapest and their helplines are rubbish...I've heard good things about Sky Broadband...shop around but I wouldn't go with Talk Talk.

Forget them, they are rubbish, my next door neighbour joined them months ago and have nothing else but problems and customer services are useless, stay with what you have and see if they do a cheaper package.

my mum changed to them and they gave her a date that it would change over from bt to talk talk and they never put it on she was ringing them every day for 2 months because she works on the internet and they still never put it on and she is taking them to court at the moment , i would say their prices are good and if you can wait a few months without the internet then go ahead

I've got it and some of my friends, its pretty good as long as you dont phone foreign too much. plus the VAT is about 15-20£ on top of your bill.
