I have a 4.1 megapixel digital camera?

but i can't get it to print my picture. I plug in USB cable it say no funtion on camera. I turn that button on top now it says msdc
what do i do. using Hp printer with pictbridge.

You may have to install some software to do it. ~

Plug your camera into your computer, transfer the files to the computer and then print them like you would any other graphic.
