I’ve recently set up the TVersity on my computer in order to watch some movies on my TV, via my Xbox 360. I’ve got all the correct codec’s and every thing is set up the way it is supposed to be as far as every setup or troubleshooting guide I’ve consulted is concerned. So far it will only stream music to my Xbox, every time I try to play a movie it locks up and says that the Xbox has lost contact with my computer. At the same time TVersity stops sharing and shuts down. I’ve looked at lot of different forums and guides but no one seems to know why this is happening . I’ve run out of ideas so any help you could give would be great.

If TVersity runs as a service, I would open the service in the control panel and make sure that the service is set to restart the service after a failure.
