Obviously you are tallking about the best Spanish language song, as apart from Jose Luis Perales all the other mentioned artists are South American !!! Except for Madonna !!!! And the song only had the title and a couple of words in Spanish !!!
If you are talking about best Spanish language song, then I think it has to be Juanes and "La Camisa Negra" That was a mayor hit all over the place and even though its a couple of years old, it is still really catchy. I can't stand Reggaeton, so most of those mentioned are crap.
If you are talking about best song from a Spanish Artist then if its recent songs, I would choose Pedro Javier Hermosilla Feat Antonio Orozco and "Camino De Madrid" together with La Oreja De Van Goghs "Muñeca De Trapo" as a close second.

Pienso que sea 'Hoy es adios' por Carlos Santana y Alejandro Lerner pero hay muchas canciones buenas... De hecho, pienso que la musica espanola sea la mejor del mundo.
Jon Secada tiene una voz muy fuerte y las letras de sus canciones son muy profundo.

'Suerte' by hermosa Shakira. I liked 'Chan Chan' by the Buena Vistas but after being force fed it on a trip to Cuba I can only take it very occasionally now.
I quite like Madonna's 'La Isla Bonita' as well.
