Okay, recently my laptop is being strange. A few days ago I uninstalled this online game that I didn't want to play anymore. Then later on, I noticed my laptop's audio and video being slow and scratchy. So I restarted it and it took a longer time than usual. The video and audio was still slow. It's very frustrating and I want it to get fixed quickly. Should I go to the Geek Squad?

NO NO NO NO NO NO. Call the manufacturer, go to a local computer store, find a nephew/cousin or whatever how knows computers, but the very very last thing you want to do is go to the geek squad. Now you me be extraordinarily lucky and have a geek squad person near you who actually knows what they are doing, but the vast majority simply don't, and they charge way too much.

at 70$ bucks an hour to have them scratch their head .. no , find a nice local computer shop , go get freindly with them, and talk about the issues with your computer, they may give you a nickels worth of free advice unlike geeks squad, who charge for walking through the door. i am sure you will find thier prices alot more reasonable, plus your helping out your community by supporting small businesses , not the big corparate giants who want to rub out the basic rights of americans to scratch out a living by owning thier own business by underselling the little guy..
