Im looking for a really good free spyware removal anyone know of any and were i can get it, i do have avast antivist i just need something for the spyware hit me back with somthing thanks.

Spyware Adaware or Spybot.
Anti virus AVG or Avast.
All are free and all work very well.

Spyware - Spybot Search & Destroy (free to download; works well)
Anti-Virus - I recommend McAfee, but there are also others like Norton Antivirus and such.

You should check if you are able to get Windows defender from microsoft it removes spyware its live on scanner too.http://www.microsoft.com
Also get spybot search and destroy http://www.spybot.com
get those two anti spyware and you be good
also make sure you have a firewall not just windows firewall you need more. need any help email me or yahoo messenger

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser.
you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus. i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar.
firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser.
as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE. download firefox for free, Just have a try:
