If you are trying to make some money why don't you get creative with what you could do to make money, instead of what you could make. Here are some ideas: you could walk dogs, grocery shop for the elderly, or babysit. I'm sure once you think about it, you could come up with some great ideas. The only thing about making something to sell is you have to invest money into making it first. That may not be possible. Good luck!

Get an adult to be the front person, because people won't want to send money to children. They won't trust you.
Second, it works the other way around. What are you ALREADY doing, and doing so well that people would pay you for it?
What the heck is going on that a 15-year-old boy is in financial trouble, and why is it up to you to fix it?

Maybe try face painting? If you go to craft shows, you can offer to paint faces for a small fee (I live in the US, so I do $1 per design, per child). I use acrylic paints because they're easy to wash off your skin later and are non-toxic. Don't get them on fabric, though; it won't wash out. If you have a craft store nearby, you might also be able to find glitter in small blow-on bottles (usually used for painting T-shirts) that you can puff on the wet paint. I usually have a sign put up that shows the designs I'm willing to do, but I also do "custom orders." I also have a sketch book that I've painted my designs in so I can show others when I'm out somewhere, in case they want to hire me for special events. For the regular sign, I used one sheet of poster board, and then cut another one into 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch squares, and painted my designs on the smaller pieces of posterboard. Then, I used velcro to attach them to the larger posterboard so I can change my designs as I need to. Store the different designs in a shoebox or make a "book" similar to how you set up your sign so they don't get beat up when you store your sign.
My husband and I also make painted wood crafts and my kids and I invent our own games. Just get creative! :-) I also design tattoos for people who ask me to, even though I don't know how to tattoo anyone myself. I've started getting bigger and better custom jobs ever since I started doing face painting on my own; learned in high school when I was in the Art Club over 10 years ago now. :-) For my paint "palette", I use an 18-count egg box and have made up a standard list of colors that I put in them. I put the list in my sketch book with my designs so that I always remember, as well as a list of things I need to do my face painting, like (at least) two chairs, so you and your "canvas" can both sit, a table to put your paints, paper towels (for drying your brushes on), and water, snacks and things to drink, change, etc. If you'd like, I can send you my list of paints and other supplies. Just email and let me know, okay? :-)
Good luck! Take care, and God Bless! :-)
