If you go to Petsmart there's lots of yucky tasting sprays you can get. They're safe for most materials so you can spray it on anything you don't want her to chew.
also: rabbits need to chew on stuff so make sure she has lots of good blocks, toys to chew on. if she has lots of stuff she wants to chew (that she's supposed to) she won't chew on other stuff

Welcome to the club, I just had a big argument with my husband last night, I have 2 rabbits and they got loose around the house coz I was cleaning their cage, I let them set free and I went to work and I noticed when I came home that they're never been in the cage because it is still clean and the food dish is still full. So I guess we have to watch them so close and make sure that there is nothing on the floor that they can chews on, yes I do believe that this could hurt them specially things that hard to digest.

I suggest you block off the sections with wires with some cardboard, or move back the furniture that the appliance with the wiring is on, against the wall, so they can't get to it altogether.
If you don't want to do that, you can go to Radioshack, and they have Cable Covers, in black Plastic, and Platinum casing, you can do that to bunch up your cables and armor them against the dreadful bunny teeth of doom, and for some other wires, you can just pin up higher against the wall with a thumbtack (don't pierce the wiring), just stick the thumbtack at a lower angle and mount the wiring on the open wedge of it... but from my experience, cardboard and anything flat & plastic seemed to be my best friend for bordering :\.
-call your local radioshack/electronics store for availability of wire covers.

then why set the rabbit loose in the house. you need to become more responsible. there a wonderful pet yards to purchase in any pet shop. this will keep your rabbit confined. set up a safe habitat outside in your yard or patio and let your rabbit out more. they don't like cages.

WHat u could do is tempt her away from the wires, or try to get a better bunny that she could learn from.
