all i know is that soy or soy based foods and caffiene will decrease it by a lot so i'd suggest just avoid those (coffee or high caffenated soda like mountain dew or coke are bad)

Drink lots of water.
Take 400 iu vitamin E everyday.

Lower your stress level, boxer shorts (keep thing cool), no caffeine, 8 hr of rest, no junk food, and good nutrition. These are the things that will help the reproductive organs function the best.

have sex less often, seriously, if you don't ejaculate for a week, you're sperm count will be higher, 2 weeks even better, but not much you can do after 2 weks, 3 weeks won't make it go any higher....
