Besides being a full time single parent...working at shoprite in the bakery department, it wasn't so much the job but the hours...from 4am-2pm....those doughnuts and croissants had to be ready at 6am. I hate butter croissants after that!

Being a telemarketer. That job truly needs someone with the nerves and guts of steel and a skin so thick.

Teaching. Thirty-four children, all belonging to other people, and each set of parents thinks their child is the only one that matters. Add in children of divorce, non english speakers, children living in poverty, and children that are learning disabled, and children that are high achieving and you get the makeup of my class.

Mover but, I am still doing it after 24 years. it's a little different every day and, it pays better, now. when I started in 1983, it payed $3.52 per HR.

The only one that comes to mind is that many, many years ago I was a market research interviewer. It was hard getting people to answer your questions.

working as a job coach for the ARC. They refused to give me any background on my client, so I didn't know his limits or capabilities. I didn't want to push him over the edge or not push him enough....
