If Cubans are starving, isn't it Castro who is starving them? Cuba is his responsibility, not ours. We could help, I suppose, but to absolve Castro of responsibility is ludicrous.
Maybe someone should ask Danny Glover and Harry Belafonte about this. They hate Bush and love Castro. Shouldn't those two be ashamed if Castro is letting his people starve? And what about Michael Moore? He seems to believe Cuba is a better place than America.

Cuba has survived many things including sanctions by the US that many thought would create a coup in Cuba that would have created huge casualties that our government cared nothing about.
Cuba is not perfect but has come a far way from the condition it was 50 years ago when the American rich just used it for a playground.
Look at the education in Cuba, it's fantastic and the country will continue to make many improvements. I am not saying I support Castro but it is clear that Cuba has done very well with him as a leader, that is not an opinion, it's a fact.

The US is boycotting Cuba. We are not spraying their crops with Agent Orange. Cuba still does business with other countries. Cubans may be fat from sitting around and doing nothing. When there is work in Cuba, the wages are so low, the work is not worth doing.
