I had been taking Ortho Tri Cycline Lo for 2 months and my insurance stopped covering it so I switched to Trinessa and I am now almost done with my first month of that. I had unprotected sex about 2 and 1/2 months ago and I have had 2 full periods since then. Lately I have been soo nauseaus and bloated and my breast are very tender. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they have both come out negative and I was wondering if anyone else has had these same effects from Trinessa?

I have not taken this particular brand but I have had these kind of symptoms with the different brands that I tried. What I did for the breast issue is got a larger bra to help take care of that so that I would be comfortable. For the nausea until I switched the time of day that I took my pill to at night I tried some peanut butter and then about 15 minutes later took my pill.
The peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course) helps give the body protein. I learned this from a Medical Assistant that used to work for my gynecologist.
