First off, stop calling him your fiance, he doesn't deserve that privilage.
Secondly alert the school and the authorities.
Even though he will not be considered a pedofile, he is a sex offender if he is meeting this girl for sex. It's illegal.
I know that the legal age in te UK is 16, but in the US it is usually 18. Some states do allow for a 16-17 yr old to date someone over 18 but usually they can't be any more than 5 yrs older...and your ex-fiance is 11 yrs beyond that statute.

Ok hot chica, It's do or die time. He is obviously not interested in a real woman, and shows it. He did the most dispicable thing a man can do, and that's pedofilia. He might argue, but anything he says from here on in is bullsh!t. He can't even respect himself by going for a girl that can be his daughter. Run! Pack your things and hit the road! Don't look back. He is practically a paedophile! And a cheat. And I don't feel either can be truly cured. This isn't worth saving. You will never ever trust him again, and he doesn't deserve your forgiveness.

I think you should confront him about the situation, Leave him and tell him that you would report him, and I would definitely contact the school and her parents if you know any of her information.

well he broke the law, and it's your duty and responsibility to report that, or you may be liable for knowing and not telling. and you should definitely leave him, he is obviously not interested in you, since he decided to look for someone else. it's in your best interest to find a real man, not someone who likes little-girls.
