I would not say President Bush is that frugal. Though neither parties lately have been frugal with our money. This Congress and the previous one have been putting earmarks in bills that do not need to be there. These earmarks should come up one by one to see if they can pass on their own merits.
I am happy the president Bush is finally saying he will veto a bill that is too much. He should have been vetoing these bills from day one.

George Bush is a big business flunkie, and abuses his position to further the causes of big corporations and big money for the sake of the business community at large, and the consumer be damned.
Worst president we have ever had in my lifetime, possibly. Maybe even worse than LBJ.

The administration is robbing people blind. BLIND. It is criminal.
