An autobiography is a book written about a person by the same person. Troy Aikman would have to write his own autobiography. There are a couple biographies written about Aikman. There is one written by Bill Gutman in 1997, and on by Richard Rosenblatt in 1996.

Although Troy Aikman did write a book in 1998, I don't know if Aikman: Mind, Body and Soul would be considered a true autobiography.

an auto biography is a book about your life story written by you (or a ghost writer). A biography is a book about you written by someone else for their own profit, and may or may not contain facts that are well researched and supplied by sources close to you. the subject.
