Well, it would depend on which "stars" you like. If you like astronomy, you could get a degree in Astronomy, Astrophysics, Cosmology (not cosmatology), or other related fields.
If you like the stars as in "Angelina Jolie", you could get a job in production, effects, make-up, costumes, lighting, etc.
Once you've determined which stars you like, you can google for job opportunities and universities that match your desire.

You could become a useless "Paris-ite" and hold out sympathy signs for a celebutard who thought she was above the law when she risked the lives of other people by driving drunk.
I'm not sure how much it pays, though.
