20GB is gonna be tight for XP, and a 1,1GHZ with 128 RAM will NOT run XP properly.

Buy a new PC before you upgrade.,

A machine with 128MB of RAM will never run quuickly - you are trying to run 2007 websites, games and applications on 7 year old hardware

consider putting more ram in and consider upgrading the graphics card (check that you can get the NT drivers) boot from the NI boot floppies and you can reformat - you will have to do each partition separately !

Insert the XP OS disc. This is the disc that came with the computer. When the ask to boot from the CD comes up, hold ctrl and backspace. Now, select format. That will format. If this doesn't work, then click start, run, and type cmd. Hit ok. Now type format (place drive letter here without parantheses, and don't forget the colon): Then confirm. Format all your disks this way, and then insert your CD and boot from CD and go through the steps.

you are barely meeting the hardware requirements.
is there a reason why you want to use the xp o/s and not a version or two prior?
if you are adamant about xp, then i suggest you upgrade your pc first.
