She went back to court in 1991 and by giving false testimony got a court order giving her 47% of my retirement when I reached the age of 62. Since my retirement is a disibility she knew she was not entitled to any of it so had a expert testify that when I reached the age of 62 my annuity would change from disability to longivity. This of course is not true but I cannot get the judge to change his ruling. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!

Get a lawyer and appeal the order. It will be ruled on by another judge. Contingent on: what type of disability; is there a time limit for disability in relation to time before pension; who is the ' expert' that testified the first time?
Good luck.

Get a better lawyer. She is remarried and your benefits are disability. She has no rights to it. Keep fighting.
