I Checked All Of My E-mail Addresses And Nothing Was new So I Deleted The Mail In All Of The E-mail Inboxes And It Still Says It . WTF?

yahoo mail does that to everyone sometimes but not all the time.

Just sort your mail by read/unread.
This problem is caused by emails that don't have the correct date stamp. Since Yahoo sorts mail by date the rogue email will be buried under more recent messages.
Sorting your messages by read/unread should bring the rogue message to the top.
