The atomic mass of these two added together is 55.38. A mole of these would be 55.38 grams.

Gerald V has the correct formula. Just use the "atomic masses" from the periodic table (3 Mn's, 4 P's, 16 O's).

There is a problem with the question, though. "Mass numbers" do not appear on the periodic table. If this question came from your teacher, POLITELY point this out to them. It would be important that the teacher clears up this misconception.

I suspect that your main problem is working out the formula to start with:

Mn3(PO4)4

Now use the Periodic Table, as suggested.
