Is hearing that your neighbor is moving cause to celebrate?

oh yeah !!!i'd like to hear that of some of my neighbors!!!they are sooo irritating!!

Well, right now I like my neighbors! :) So, I'd be pretty sad if they left. They're some of the best neighbors I've had, actually! They take care of my dog when I need to go out of town and I know I can trust them.
However, when I was in college, there were some people who lived below me who were such a nuisance that I was SO glad to see them finally evicted. There were eight adults and who knows how many children living in a 4-person apartment. There was always a baby or small child crying. Plus, they never turned their music down EVER. The bass would vibrate my floor at all hours. In addition to that, they were drug dealers and had somebody kick in their door one day for pavement. One night, I was coming home from a friend's house and they were having a huge party. Everyone was drunk, high, stoned, etc. and they literally filled the parking lot. I almost couldn't pull in without hitting a person. They were all over the place..in the stairwell and everything. I was so happy to see them finally gone.
People complained about them until they could be evicted once and for all.

Yes and NO. Yes, because I do not like their landscaping style of having an artificial electric palm tree in the yard. At the same time, they are pretty good neighbors and it could be a lot worse. So I guess I will be sad as I celebrate the change-over. They haven't sold the house yet, but they would like to be gone by Sept.

It depends if your neighbor always is annoying (mowing the lawn at 9 in the morning, leaves their lights on, doesn't take care of teh house, etc.) then yeah, otherwise I would be kind of sad

I am happy for you. I would miss my neighbor because she has always been there when she was needed and kept to herself when she wasn't. Very neat and clean lawn and no loud voices or music. Wish everyone's neighbor could be so considerate.

My neighbors to my left are very rich and built a huge huge huge addition to their house (by the way its the house I got married in when previously owned) and now my beautiful view is lost. Stupid and selfish people.

Congratulations! Bad neighbors can be such a nightmare. I wouldn't celebrate this time around, though, because my current neighbors are pretty agreeable folks.
