English is my native language and I do quite well with German but Korean is my favorite because I have quite a few Korean friends to practice with. Am learning Spanish too. I have 2 grown children who speak the language rather well and they have taught me curse and slang words, food at restaurants, family members and such. I've always noticed when anyone wants to teach someone what they know of a foreign language rather quickly, the curse words are first. Why is that?
