Yes. Any mammal can get Rabies. Through bites, but also from inhaling aerosolized particles of saliva from an infected animals such as bats.
There have been recorded cases of humans contracting Rabies this way.

Just about any mammal can contract the rabies virus. However, after a chat with an animal control worker, he told me that it is extremely rare for rabbits or squirrels to get rabies.
I'm supposing herbivores don't contract rabies as often as omnivores or carnivores because they typically avoid contact with other aggressive animals.

Yes. Any mammal can get rabies. The reason you don't see rabid sqirrels and rabbits is because they don't survive an attack by another, larger infected preditor.

Certainly. Any animal can get rabies. Even you can get rabies if you are bitten by an animal that has rabies.

they can but rarely, coons are carnivores and eat like cas so they are more susceptable to get rabies than rabbits or squrrells , but they do get bit by rabid animals,,rarely though
