PS. Bill Clinton WON his war in Bosnia...

It's simple.

Conservatives have never grown up. They're children who need stern parenting for the rest of their lives.

And they resent those who can stand on their own without poor role models like Limbaugh and O'Reilly feeding them their lines.

And it's not just the democrats the reactionaries fear. They are well aware of their minority status. They want to impose their mistakes on the vast majority of Americans who want nothing of their idiocy imposed on them by a corrupt Supreme Court and criminal politicians.

The only thing the two major political parties have in common is who they're both taking money from: Big Business.

If Bill Clinton won his war in Bosnia, then why do we still have to have troops stationed there (even though he promised to have them home in 1996)? The fact is, if we pulled out our troops, then war would break out. Some victory.

There are clear differences between beliefs of Democrats and Republicans. These differences are growing as the Democratic party is being taken over by socialists.

The two parties are completely different. One believes in traditional values, self sufficiency when possible, free enterprise, small government, low taxes, being able to keep the money you earn without having to work five months just to pay for far too many government programs. The other party believes in always pushing the behavior envelope, an entitlement mentality among far too many citizens, a mediocre education system, ever increasing government programs, keeping minorities beholden as a source of votes, and the basic premise of marxism. The conservatives fear America becoming just another third world nation and they have contempt for the party that is leading us down that road.

Because it's the CONS and the LIBS who are the only people that don't recognize how the two parties are basically the same. Free-thinking people, who haven't been brainwashed by the conservative media or haven't been guilt-ridden by the liberal social network, realize that our monopolistic two-party system is archaic, inflexible, and arrantly corrupt. They have melded into one party, intent on only one focus: staying in power.
Do you recall 1992 when Ross Perot attracted public attention by claiming he was not a 'career politician'?? Virtually all Republican and Democratic candidates followed his lead, even appearing in an Iowa cornfield in overhauls to 'prove' to their constituents that they, too, were not 'career politicians'. When Perot talked about family values, "Republicrats" picked up the buzzword and turned copy-cat. The "Republicrats" had to resort to dirty tricks and vulgar campaigning, and Perot STILL garnered 19% of the popular vote! -RKO- 06/16/07

The parties are not the same if you look at the basic platforms of each party and also their party nominees over the last 5 - 6 elections for president.
And we don't give credit name wise for wars to someone like Truman's war. That was a loss but it was not Truman's fault. And I really do not see Bosnia as a win they still are killing each other there.

Why would Conservatives fear the party of surrender?

Fear? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Substance will always trump feelings. That's why conservatism, true conservatism, will always be superior to liberalism. Fear the Dems? In your dreams
