no cuz then ur overworking ur biceps and that messes ur biceps up
you should work ur biceps and then ur forearms 1ce or 2wice a week after a good protein shake

No. The biceps are a small muscle and can be overtrained easily, especially as guys want big biceps. Recommend training them no more than twice per week with 2-3 day rest in between, Do a number of different bicep exercises (see a personal trainer). 3 sets of 2-4 different exercises, 8-12 reps. The key is to train them hard but not overtrain them. Also make sure you are getting adequate protein each day for muscle repair/hypertrophy. All the best.
