Toyota Avalon problem?

The horn all of a sudden turns on without stopping. When i loosen the battery, it stops but if its tight, the horn comes on.... what is wrong with it.

What is wrong is the horn switch devise in the steering column may be shorting out and causing the horn to blow. Need to remove steering wheel to fix. Remove horn relay or fuse in circuit to stop horn and take to garage to fix.

Remove the horn fuse under the dash for now untill you can have it fixed.
Or remove the horn relay under the hood.
