Yeah....
Especially if things are stressing me out... I will start what I call "mind f**king" people.
Pick subjects I know they have a heard time talking about... and try to rial them up, ask outrageous questions...or make statements that will upset them.

Thats my whole purpose in life.

Not so much to shock on purpose (though thats often the result) but rather to take people as far outside of the 'box' as I can. I'm a teacher in and out of the classroom. My purpose is not to make people agree with me necessarily, I just want people to think more.

Why sure.... and it's funny to see their faces light up in disbelief, then doubtfulness, then disbelief AGAIN, then sometimes they get defenseful and take it personally, and others take it as a joke.... It is a good way to swerve a conversation out of too much seriousness also.....

No.. if you think things through it won't happen... Also, gisselle 240, it is biological if you get treatment for bipolar. By the way, its more of a depression thing, so it is posible.

No but sometimes people think I do. I constantly have to censor myself to "be polite" or so as not to cause an argument. I find that people really aren't interested in having meaningful conversation anyway, so what's the point?

Sometimes its okay to do things to shock people and its so damn funny but there are times when you need to control yourself.
