have you face such situation ?you try very hard not to make mistake but in the end of the day you made a mistake subconciously and unintentionally?is it because im too cautious in doing things or is it because i try to hard not to make mistake?

If your relationship has gotten to the point that small things become big things quick, then its time to find out the real reason behind the tension and talk about it openly and like adults. Fighting and blaming gets nowhere!

Stop trying to be perfect, you are human and we all make mistakes, and we make them so that we can learn from them, this is how we grow and mature, and are able to teach our children....you've heard..."been there done that", well now you know and have learned.
