It is Clinton's fault that we haven't caught Osama bin Laden!

And It is Clinton's fault that the United States is now respected less by other nations than before Bush.

After all, Clinton got involved in an affair and lied about it. The amusement of people around the world about the ensuing impeachment showed their immaturity.

BILL CLINTON IS A CRIMINAL!

so let me get this straight- Clinton has been the President for the past 6 years?
If this whole thing is Clinton's fault-let us go back a little bit in time and see a few things:
Who trained Bin laden and supplied him with weapons in the 1980's when what he is doing now was classified by us as " freedom fighting" - Reagan and Bush 41
Whose family was spirited away from the US after 9/11? and with whose permission when all air travel had been grounded?- Bin Laden, Bush 43.
How long was Clinton in office prior to the 1st WTC bombing?- 39 days
How long was Bush 43 in office prior to the 2nd WTC bombing? 233 days of which he spent 96 on vacation including the entire month of August where had been informed in a PDB- " Bin Laden determined to strike in US"
If the world laughed at the impeachment, it was because they thought about how puritanical and prudish this country is where lying about sex is an impeachable offense but the betrayal of people working in the interest of our nations security creates a hue and cry that the betrayer should be left alone.
A country were you can't miss a half naked body, porn movies and more cuss words in movies than you can shake a stick at.
So if you want to lay blame, spread it fairly. God you are pathetic
To Elway the cat: I thought that was a good question to ask, so I did. I got 16 responses in less than 5 minutes. Out of those 3 respected Bush more 12 Clinton, 1 person both so basically 80% Clinton, 20 Bush. Makes you wonder huh?

I thought this was going to be a satirical commentary on those who love to blame Clinton for Bush's mistakes, but lol, guess not.

People around the world do not have less respect for Clinton because of Lewinsky, in fact, he is the most popular American figure there is around the world. People around the world, from many countries, regularly make fun of we Americans for being hypocrites when it comes to sex and marriage. They look at our culture, drenched in sexual innuendo, from our TV shows to commercials and then laugh when we turn around and act prissy about our moral ground.

They dislike us because of Bush's war policies, plain and simple. No matter how hard you try, you cannot blame Bush's decision making on Bill Clinton. President Bush also does not consult with Bill Clinton on his own failure to capture Bin Laden, which he promised all of us long ago. You may hate Bill Clinton, but he hasn't been President for over six years, George Bush has.

Do yourself a favor - go to Yahoo Answers/Britain. Ask this simple question: Did you have more respect for the United States when Bill Clinton was President, or now, during George Bush's Presidency? You'll learn a lot from the answers.

Well the CIA says Bill Clinton could have had Bin Laden on several occasions and simply did nothing. Clintons most intense reaction to the several acts of terrorism during his term was to blow up a pharmaceutical plant, wow what a crusader against terrorism. The guy was useless.

I agree that Clinton screwed up. Unfortunatley Bush has perpetuated all of the stupidity that Clinton started. If Bush had half the brain God had given an ant, he could have fixed a lot of the issues that we all deal with now.

A president with any balls could have fixed these issues.

Clinton should have nailed Osama with the chances he had..and he shouldn't of sent Sandy Berger to steal archives material to hide that fact..

he shouldn't be blamed for sexual harassment..or the pandering of his power on women either..he is the victim of a mental disorder

and you are right Bill Clinton was disbarred from practicing law..because he is a criminal

as far as the USA's respect-level..it's only a problem unless we suffer from the same esteem issues that generally persist in young women

I have to give Clinton the benefit of the benefit of the doubt seeing he probably would have got attacked by politicians on both sides before 9/11.

Clinton had his chance to catch Bin Laden, he failed. Now Bush has his chance, apperently we still cannot catch him. It is a shame, but even if we caught him, it would not do much to Al-Queda, a new leader would appear within a week.

Bush doesn't want Bin Laden caught. He never did.

The U.S. has never been as looked down upon and as vilified as they are now.

And...the world doesn't care one iota about Monika Lewinsky.

George Bush is the criminal. He's a war criminal.
