You know, I thought I was strange! A friend told me I was like a disc jockey he knows. He said everything someone said brought up a song in the disc jockey's mind, just like when he is talking to me. I hope you have good music going on. Sometimes the same song keeps playing in my head all day long and I forget to turn a radio on because music is playing in my head. By the way, my friend-coworker is also like that and it makes work more fun as we banter in between tasks and during discussions.

Music is good. Sometimes I try to learn surprising lessons with my imagination, but usally I'm trying to just be in the moment, observing what I hear, observing what my body feels. It takes a bit of detachment to silence the head and just be in the now. Lots of people talk in their heads, and start arguing with themselves and then they begin to shake. A mind is a horrible thing to waste. Peace

At times, too much stuff. I have a hard time sorting it all out.
Other times, I have one thing stuck in place. It might be a song, person, finances, worried about something, dreams, nothing, suicide, the past, etc.
The suicide scares me. I have depression. Anytime suicide enters my mind, I have to step back and find out what is triggering it.

I am usually thinking about the book i am writing. I try very hard to put myself in the characters shoes and it is interesting to see the situations i put my character in. My book is about self harm so im usually thinking about that, or i think about how much better off i could be some place else.

I get weird stuff "stuck" in my head....
Something someone said, could have been today, or three days ago...and it will replay...
But not alone.. it will be accompanied with lots of other thoughts..
Like what should I destroy/smash..dishes, that table...etc
Hear nonsense words in there...
Hear screaming....
Hear voices telling me to hurt myself / or kill myself
My head is a noisy place to live with...
I wouldn't wish it on anyone....
Thankfully...I have meds that drown / or should I say quiet it down....

Thoughts of what might have been and could be again.
That's an honest answer.
