the only thing that worked for me-was listening to the right kind of music and reading the right material-"Bridge over troubled waters" helped alot
its about time and learning lessons and grieving-any one that breaks ones heart-means we trusted the wrong person
our first trust should be in the one that never leaves us nor forsakes us=I believe when I am truely in love with Jesus guidance-its not a loose relationship -as with my x
g/f we kissed last valentines day and never did more than that awaiting
till marriage-she wants to wait till after she graduates college and
said now she just wants to be friends-she broke my heart but Jesus
helped me to feel alot better.
well after that with her I prayed
with her and broke up soon thereafter. She still wants to be friends-but I had to have a change of heart-struggling to find confidence in believing Jesus ahead of her.
yet since I prayed and let Jesus into my heart to forgive my sins and be my friend, to save and help me in amazing grace he has been my savior and best friend. John 3 and Revelation 3:19&20

You don't sleep with a broken heart, but rather in spite of it. Cuddling with Mr. Rebound helps.
