I can't really call it hate anymore, I call it pity, but my first husband. He was physically, mentally and emotionally abusive.

We generally call all our known persons as friends. Infact really finding a true friend is a very difficult one. Regarding hating is all depends on so many factors, rather umpteen. However, I generally do not like the persons who are selfish, carry wrong information to others in order get their own sadist happiness etc., I generally ignore all such persons praying God. I have put up 28 years Bank service. I hate two things. Corruption and Frauds. Corrupt practises and Fraudulent acts. Now guess whether I will have more friends or enemies. My best friend is my heart. God. My Parents. My wife. My children. All my customers.

George W. Bush
1.) He has given the ole saying "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer" a new meaning.
2.) Was the Iraqui conflict necessary? WHo can really say. However, he certainly is in no hurry to wrap it up. In fact, he is not going to quit until we are at war with the ENTIRE Middle East.
3.) Are YOU of the CHristian Religion? Maybe you dont follow the tenets of The Bible the way you might feel you should..But..Are YOU a President talking about being a Chrisitan..and doing the things GW is doing?
4.) He has sent countless young men unnecessarily to their deaths. (I am a Veteran, I can talk).
5.) Non residents living and working in this country is a crime. Thats why they call them illegal immigrants. He is looking to give them citizenship status. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Out of one side of his mouth..We had to do The Right THing in Iraq and depose Saddam because of the laws and internation laws. Out of hte other side of his mouth, he is endorsing and supporting criminals. His agenda is not a moral one. It is an agenda based on cheap labor that will make him and his family money.
Just to name a few
=)

As per our philosophy we should hate the SIN but not the sinner. Therefore, one need not hate any person as an individual. His deeds or sins may be a case to be hated. One should try to forgive him and find the ways by which he/she can be changed and brought back to the right track.
Therefore, never hate a person as an individual human being.

Hate is to strong of a word. If you hate, you only hurt yourself. Don't get me wrong there are people who I do not like and will not go around. The most disliked person in my life was my sister-in-law, she call me every name in the book but a white guy. That's a joke if you are to young to know, meaning she reflected on my birth, sexuality and the color of my skin. She is not with us anymore. and I don't mean divorce.

The more you hate some one the more you hate yourself...
....this is because hatred is not a felling that occurs in heart its always a product of brain. Every time you are in hate you are poisoning your mind, your thoughts will be dominated by hate and it always leads to negative thinking. Mind always bounce back what you throws to it. Keep your brain free from hate. Try to love things that you like and don't ever care about your hate...face it as it cames...and leave it....fill every minute with happiness and there are many to be found.

Hmm... no one. Been there, tried that. No more. Because hate is such an unpleasant, painful emotion to feel, and its negative effects are limited to the person feeling it, not the target. Thus, the very people who are disgusting enough to inspire hate are also not worth feeling so horrible over. Contempt is much more satisfying.

Why ?My wish is not to fuel the 'fire" so to speak,by re-living it or discussing it in detail, only gives the negative thing "energy" to continue on.
I'd rather work on letting it go.Then keeping the memory alive.
Diffuses the power and frees the soul.
