My wife's laugh... she's so upbeat and silly most of the time, she really makes me smile.
When my children tell me they love me, they really are my reason for living.
When one of my cats jumps up and wants attention... a scratch behind the ear and a stroke on the head makes them so incredibly happy. It reminds me that there are so many simple pleasures to life... for creatures big and small if you stop and pay attention. Too many people take them for granted.

I look at pictures of my kids, and listen to Livin on a Prayer by Bon Jovi.

that someone is always wanting to talk to you or hang out with you even if you do not know it. also remember that you live somewhere where there is so much freedom and that you are not starving or dieing in a third world country.

my ability to thank God for all what i've been blessed with, the fact that i can see when there are blind ppl, that i can hear when there are people who can't hear, that i am gifted with life,and new chances everyday to do good deeds which always are a pleasure.
