why is one of my loaches a darker colourer than the other?

i have to about 7cm long weather loaches or dojo loaches the one is a golden colour the othere is gold on top but pale from the bottom the plae one has just recovered from fin rot and is fine now any answers

It's normal for them to show a variety of color. Also, stress of any type, such as recovering from disease, can make a weather loach display different shades of color. I would worry about it at all, that's completely normal.

Mayb 1 is a female & the other 1 is a male.
