Let's see, I'll answer the question here to the best of my ability, let me think. AH, I got it!
Yes, I did see the game, thank you very much.
Seriously, that was a big boost for the Mets. Reyes had a great night, Oliver Perez continued his brilliance this season. Gomez teamed up with Reyes to run circles around the Yankees defense, that was a major factor last night. Gomez also made a heck of a catch with a few fans on top of him. I'm hoping they would have had the sense to call that fan interference if he didn't make that catch, but I'll take the resulting play (an inning-ending double play!) over one out for fan interference anyway.
Looking forward to this afternoon.

i can tell you the simple reason we lost that game in such a horrible fashion.
1. Melky Cabrera was leading off, melky is having a good year, but he never seems comfortable leading off, and it showed.
2. Yankees were not patient enough, we had six walks, but we cout have had 10-14 walks the way Perez was throwing. We Swung at a lot of the balls out of the strikezone, and we didnt play our game.
3. Other than jeter, no one could handle his slider that starts in the strikezone, and dives away from the left-handed batters. I dont think its is oliver perez's stuff, as it is his deceptive delivery.
I dont like complimenting the other team, but the mets have a great outfield with great arms. They made all the plays when neccessary.

That's ok. Not going to make any excuses. With the exception of those 2 runs Clemens pitched a good game. The bats however failed to deliver.

im giving it out to oliver perez he pitched a very good game and deserves a lot of credit, and without reyes that would nt have had any runs. 3 sb is a lot for 1 game

I thought it was awesome. Roger "2 - nothing" Clemens was up to his old tricks. The guy can never get any support. As an astros fan I have no sympathy for that trader though.

it is not a huge deal that they have been the two shutout on the same night. If Manny get into the All-megastar activity i might nevertheless watch with the aid of fact I delight in the different gamers. yet i might quite shake my head in shame to work out him there, voted in with the aid of the followers, after serving a 50 activity suspension for breaking the regulations. it would be a humorous tale.

Everywhere Clemens goes this happens, he lets out only 2 runs but still loses.
