whose better biggie smalls or tupac?

I would say Tupac, the only thing that Biggie might haveon Tupac would be a beat. Other then that Tupac destroyed Biggie when it came to lyrical content, some of Tupac's songs are so deep they make Biggie's music look like the mainstream rap that is out today, don't believe me, listen to Changes, or Dear mama, then listen to any of Biggie's songs.

Biggie was hood.Tupac went to the infamous Fame school,and originally wanted to be a Broadway actor.
