when getting hired for a job and their has been a pre hire drug test? Or have you been randomly drug tested for reasons you thought were unjust or unknown?

No state REQUIRES a pre-employment drug test for private employers.

Some employers may require a drug test. If you don't want to take it, you don't have to work there.
