Yes and no. No because its a loss, but yes becuase Canada is a bit of a second tier team, but better than the United States, and a 64-13 loss to New Zealand is really not that bad, considering the ABs just pounded the ever loving crap out of the French, and had a similar score. (60-10 or in that neighborhood I believe) If France can have a result like that against the ABs, after France just winning the 6 Nations (albeit by points) then Canada should be proud of themselves for doing that well against NZ, who is considered the best team in the world right now.

They played great defence in the first half and the scores weren't that far apart.

I think the margin at the end was more an endurance thing more than anything else. According to the pre game interviews, they played the game that they planned.

Overall I think Canada did play well and should hold their heads up high. They scored some great tries and certainly gave everything they had. And their ball handling was fairly controlled.

I live in Hamilton and ran into a few of their supporters today. they are pleased with the team.

yes...i thought they are gonna get the worst *** whooping by the ABs...but 64-13 is already good fro them...and llok at that intercept try by the fullback...
also compared to the Junior ABs game vs Australia A in the Pacific 6 nations Cup...Australia even got nil...50+ to Nil...so Canada should be proud of themselves.
