its stopped raining . ime drinking stella and listening to music..just one thing missing.?

Today is a good day, just like every other. Oh sure...there are moments when things aren't perfect, when sadness strikes one's soul, but when looking at the big picture of life isn't it better to have a little "rain" from time to time to help us appreciate the sunshine all that much more?
Today, I woke up. That's a great start to ANY day! (It sure beats the alternative!) I looked out the window and the sun was shining. I walked through my house and appreciated all of the blessings which surrounded me.....I have a wonderful family that loves me, I have a home, I have food in the fridge, and clothes to wear. I have been blessed with all of the necessities of life and have been abundantly blessed with the relationships of family and friends.
It is a good day! Even if everything doesn't turn out perfectly today, even if plans get cancelled or someone makes me cry, it is a good day. I'm alive....and no matter how "bad" today may become, I'm alive and can look for ways to make tomorrow better.
